Schuyler was a professional cook at New York City's Gramercy Tavern and also had a number of day jobs in marketing and public relations for companies like Zagat when she realized she could combine her passions by producing chef-led tasting events around the country for clients like the NYC Wine & Food Festival.

In the decade since, Schuyler has broadened her experience to include consumer special events & galas, trade shows, product launches, and sales meetings & trainings.

She has held just about every production role and is an expert in logistics.
